Each apartment has kitchenetteThe apartment has a microwave oven, fridge and freezer for the preparation and preservation of meals. Near the residence you will find many supermarkets where you can buy the products you prefer, or, when you don't feel like cooking, you can taste the flavors of Romagna cuisine in local restaurants.
You will also have at your disposal a washing machine, especially useful for long vacations or if you are traveling with small children who require to be changed often.

TOURIST TAX:
The management of Residence la Conchiglia UNO informs you that the tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per day is not included in the price list; it is applicable for a maximum period of one week and minors up to the age of 14 are exempt
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of € 200.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. The deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
It is possible to pay by bank transfer, always indicating the name issued for the reservation.

Availability and courtesy
We thank Nico once again for the availability shown. We stayed as a couple the last week of August. The accommodation that was proposed to us has fully satisfied our needs. We report the courtesy of the staff and good food.

...Pleasant Surprise
I stayed from 12 to 25 July with my 93 year old father. I was looking for a structure near the sea and I found this by searching the web. It was a pleasant surprise: friendly and helpful staff (Nico fantastic), clean and recently renovated.
